Cosa significa il verdetto
A receipt is valid when the document hash is the one attested, every step of the journey is signed by the machine that took it, each signature is doubled (classical and post-quantum), and the roster of machines is signed by the root key embedded here. The level says how far the receipt stands on its own: self-consistent, pinned to the root, or witnessed by heads published outside the machines that wrote them. A valid receipt does not need KEPOS to be online, and does not need you to trust anyone who holds the keys.
Una ricevuta è valida quando l'impronta del documento è quella attestata, ogni passo del viaggio è firmato dalla macchina che l'ha compiuto, ogni firma è doppia (classica e post-quantistica) e l'elenco delle macchine è firmato dalla chiave radice incorporata qui. Il livello dice quanto la ricevuta regge da sola: coerente, ancorata alla radice, o testimoniata da teste pubblicate fuori dalle macchine che le hanno scritte.
